无论你几岁开始创业,创业都绝非易事,需要付出惊人的努力才有可能成功。在大多数情况下,创业者需要争取足够的资金支持,要聚齐一支优秀的团队,还要能与潜在的竞争者周旋。
Business Insider 记者决定向八名20多岁的创业者取经,听他们分享成功的经验。这八名创业者都入选了2017年福布斯评选的“全球30位30岁以下企业家”(30 under 30)名单,他们都成功地从零开始建立了自己的公司。

惠特妮·沃尔芙(Whitney Wolfe) 27岁 约会应用Bumble联合创始人
惠特妮·沃尔夫创立的约会社交应用Bumble彻底颠覆了人们对于约会的认识。在Bumble上,第一波攻势是由女性发起的。Bumble与其他约会类应用最大的不同在于,在男女双方匹配成功之前,男性是不得向女性用户发送消息的;而一旦匹配成功,女性必须在24小时内给自己中意的男性发消息,否则此次匹配就会永远失效。沃尔芙给创业者的建议是:
“克服对自身的疑虑。我坚信只有你本人能让你自己感到自卑。当你开始创业,试图改变某种现状的时候,总会有人跳出来打击你,他们会说你的想法是错误的。不要因他人的消极言语而怀疑自己不如人。”
沃尔芙认为,她的建议对女性尤其具有参考性,他还提出了一条反应了她打造的约会软件的哲学的建议:
“不要害怕去争取那些你以为自己配不上的东西。我总是提醒年轻女性,她们有保留自己观点的权力,她们可以为自己发声,然后勇敢的迈出第一步。当对某项行动产生疑虑时,你可以问自己,如果你是一个男人,这样做是否得当?”
迈克尔·希尔·肯尼迪(Michael Hill Kennedy) 29岁 酒业公司Component创始人及总裁

“听从你内心里的那些疯狂的主意。如果你有一个疯狂的点子,你就应该去实践它。不要因对于失败,或是对于被嘲笑的恐惧,而不敢砥砺前行。只要你的内心屈从于类似这样的恐惧,你一定会失败,道理就是这么简单。”
“不要盲目地跟随现状。我早期犯下的一个最大的错误与我的公司的指导思路有关。我本以为我应该像其他所有同行那些去行事,这种思路在一开始就把我们公司引入了困境。当我在绝境中无路可退时,我终于想出了一个创新性的解决办法,把公司带上了正轨。”
马克西姆·拉祖米欣(Maxim Razmakhin) 28岁 Thirstie联合创始人

安柏·文兹·博克斯(Amber Venz Box) 29岁 RewardStyle创始人及总裁
 
23岁时,安柏·文兹·博克斯是一名私人购物顾问,她创办了一个博客来吸引潜在的客户。正是那个博客激发了她的灵感,最终创立了现在的公司。RewardStyle是一个让其用户可以通过自己社交媒体上发布的内容来赚钱的平台,博克斯认为年轻的创业者应该注意以下这些问题:

“建立一个合适的团队。创始团队对公司未来的成功起着决定性作用。如果你创立的是一家科技公司,你就应该去找经验丰富的硬件工程师,事实上,现在绝大部分创业公司都与新兴科技有或多或少的联系。有经验的工程师薪资会比较高,但是这绝对是值得的。要是雇佣一些薪资相对低廉的工程师,你在运营过程中总会遇到些阻碍,然后一连串令人头疼的问题会接踵而至。除了工程师外,创业团队还应该尽早寻找有公司运营经历的人。作为创始人,你可以自己把握公司的大局,但是你需要有人来管理公司,也不要忽视市场运营的重要性。你或许会有一个绝妙的创意,但如果你没有一个强大的创业团队和足够的资源来实现它,那么创意终究只是创意。”
大卫·海森(David Hysong) 29岁 Shepherd Therapeutics创始人
 
在被诊断出身患一种罕见的头颈部癌症之后,大卫·海森创立了Shepherd Therapeutics,一家致力于寻找罕见癌症治疗方法的公司。他认为创业者应该做好两件事情:

I thought I was going to do the same thing as all the others, and the idea introduced our company in the first place. When I go back in despair when I finally came up with an innovative solution, take on the right track."
Maxim Lazumishin (Maxim Razmakhin) 28 year old Thirstie co-founder
Maxim Lazumishin co founded Thirstie, an online wine supplier, the company has a total market capitalization of more than $250 billion has caused a huge impact on the wine industry. Here's what Radhu Mi Hin thinks is worth considering:
"Don't care about the noise from all sides. The media will definitely comment on your company. Competitors will also be issued against you, or even other combat tactics. You can take a bit of attention, but don't focus on it. You don't need an opponent for a fight at outrance."
"Continue to test your hypothesis. When you build a company, you need to constantly try to reject the assumptions you make. There is no doubt that this is not an easy thing to prove to be wrong. But if you don't try to deny yourself, it's only a matter of time before your company goes bankrupt."
Aber Venz Boakes (Amber Venz Box) 29 year old founder and President of RewardStyle
At the age of 23, Aber Venz Boakes was a private shopping consultant who started a blog to attract potential customers. It was the blog that inspired her, and eventually created the company. RewardStyle is a platform that allows users to make money from their social media content, Boakes believes that young entrepreneurs should pay attention to the following issues:
"Learn as much as you can about your industry. Be sure to understand what inspires your peers, and then seize the opportunities that lie ahead of you. When I was in college, in order to fully understand the fashion industry, I have worked in different cities, and then from different angles to observe the fashion industry."
"Be your own customer. In fact, my original intention of creating RewardStyle is that I really need a platform like this. Entrepreneurs should look for problems in their lives, the problems that everyone around you has encountered, and then try to solve it. stay
